At NuttyRich, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in preparing and packing every order. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, NuttyRich does not accept returns on products once they have been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product received was defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@nuttyrich.com within 2 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect)


4. Refunds

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If canceled successfully before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


6. Exchange Policy

NuttyRich does not offer direct exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
